There is a whole lot of talk about AI and private equity going on, and we want to let you know that Bird Street doesn't use AI in any of our product photos or in the development of our recipes. (Could you imagine having AI tell Phil what to do??) We also don't have any corporate overlords telling us what kinds of beer to make; all of our feedback from customers are told straight to the person that makes the beer/ seltzer and we 100% listen and accommodate to you all! We've got 17 taps full of beer, seltzer, and hard soda that we know you all want. We're eventually going to expand to add another 3 taps to further accommodate our locals' wants (Phil has been saying this for a year, but he promises he'll get right on it...eventually...soon!) AI can't install those taps for us, so we've got to do it ourselves. We don't use AI. We don't have to bow down to private equity. We are your local brewery, and we are proud to call Lemoore home.
